Following a successful global rebrand post-IPO, we turned our focus inward to build an internal employee brand that matched the same vision and values driving our external identity. This initiative spanned recruitment, HR programs, onboarding, workplace experience, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, creating a cohesive, purpose-driven ecosystem. Our goal was not surface-level engagement, but a deep, operationalized culture where every employee — from candidate to veteran — could see themselves in the company’s future, feel a sense of belonging, and be empowered to contribute meaningfully to its growth.
